Stuart won back the baton with a 3-25 ...... he's only real contenders Kees promises he won't be too ill to run next year... (as does Helen) .... and Ronald had an experiment with 4 bananas at 30km - don't ask. :(((
We all melted in the high humidity and rising heat.... as did everyone else in Holland (they've be training in -10°C up to last weekend).
Harry (sadly only relaying) said he was considering training for marathon next year if Richard turns up maybe - something about an old f#rts category. B.T.W. Well done Richard on your 5-35 coastal marathon.
